Description
No matter whether as a cooking or baking ingredient, hair or skin care – hardly any oil is as versatile as coconut oil. It is a solid fat that becomes liquid at higher temperatures and can withstand temperatures of up to 200 degrees Celsius. It is therefore ideal for frying any kind of meat, fish or vegetables. Kapthura’s coconut oil is obtained from the crushed and dried pulp of the coconut, can protect skin and hair from drying out and can also be used as dental care for so-called “oil pulling”.
